The subject is serious, critical and raises questions without providing conclusions, as the context is evolving along with technological research. However, there are producers, large and small, who are experimenting and implementing more sustainable production methods that are less harmful to the environment and increasingly respectful of consumer health.
These practices, combined with changes in our daily behaviour (saving water, reducing waste, protecting resources, recycling, etc.), offer us some paths to follow.
